Refund can be made for the following reasons:
1. If you have not received the product within 45 business days, including 3-5 days of processing, you can apply for a refund or a reshipment.
2. If you received a wrong or damaged product, you can apply for a refund or a reshipment.
Refund can not be made for the following reasons:
1. If the customer provides a wrong shipping address.
2. If the product is on hold with the customs.
3. Delay due to natural calamities.
Refund request can be submitted only after 45 business days has expired.
If a refund is approved then it will take 14 business days to process and the amount will be automatically credited to your card.
